1. BUILD-UP & DISMANTLING PASSES

How to Request Your Access Cards

Important update

Contrary to what was mentioned in the former version of the exhibitor manual, build-up and dismantling passes are not available on your exhibitor platform. The exhibitor’s guide has now been modified accordingly.

For Vehicles

As an exhibitor you receive unique access codes.

You must order your vehicle build-up/dismantling passes via the platform pass Brussels Expo | Vehicle Pass, by using the following codes:

If you did not receive them, please send your request to bedex@fisa.be.

Please note:

  • Each code is unique.
  • One pass is required per vehicle.
  • Follow the instructions on the platform to complete your request.
  • Your pass will be issued with a unique barcode.
  • This barcode is mandatory for access to the site.
  • The pass must be clearly visible at the front of your vehicle upon arrival.

All vehicles are required to go to Parking C, accessible via exit 7A from Brussels Highway “Ring” or via chaussée Romaine, for staff verification and check-in before entering Brussels Expo. Pre-registered staff will receive a wristband to access the halls for buildup / dismantling. Please note that without a valid vehicle pass for the vehicle AND wristbands for the staff, access will not be granted.

Using Your Own Stand Builder?

Please forward your unique vehicle access codes to your stand builder so they can request their vehicle passes via the same procedure.

Using the Official BEDEX Stand Builder GL Events ?

GL Events will arrange their own access to the Brussels Expo site and will handle the construction of your stand. Basic and all-in stands from GL events will be ready and available for reception on Wednesday, 12 March at 10 am.

2. STAFF REGISTRATION DURING BUILD-UP & DISMANTLING

All personnel working during build-up and dismantling must be registered.

  • This QR code must be presented at:
    • Parking C (if motorised) or Gate D1 (if via taxi, public transportation)

After verification at these access points:

  • Each registered person will receive an accreditation wristband.
  • The wristband must be worn visibly at all times during build-up and dismantling.

Unregistered persons will not receive access to the halls.

3. SITE ACCESS PROCEDURE

Proper accreditation and wristband are mandatory at all times.

Without wristband, access to the halls will not be granted.

Without vehicle pass, access to Brussels Expo to vehicles will not be granted

The accreditation codes will remain valid for the entire build-up and dismantling period.

However, all personnel must present themselves for accreditation each day. Upon arrival, they will need to complete the check-in procedure again and will receive a new wristband for that day.

Important Rules

  • Wristbands must be collected in person.
  • A team leader cannot collect multiple wristbands.
  • No registration = no access.

A map with indication of gate D1 & Parking C can be consulted here.

4. TRAFFIC CIRCULATION – MANDATORY ROUTES

Please find the layout of the plan of the halls in the following link. The plan has been divided into zones. You are required to use the setup gate corresponding to the zone in which your stand is located.

The following routings will be indicated during the build-up & dismantling:

  • Hall 7 – gate A/B/C/D/E/F
  • Hall 11 – gate A/B/C/D/E/F

These numbers determine the traffic circulation route you must follow on the Brussels Expo site. Strict adherence to your assigned number route is mandatory.
