Additional information regarding your stand location

Dear exhibitor,

If your stand displays one of the icons below, it is important to carefully read the information provided and comply with the remarks. This means that one or more irregular elements are present in the stand: electrical cabinet(s), hydrant(s) and/or column(s).

Please take the following information into account for your stand design:

HYDRANT AND/OR EXTINGUISHER

The construction or decoration of the stand may not interfere with the direct access to or visibility of hydrants and extinguishers. It is permitted to install a door or curtain in front of the cabinets, provided that it is placed directly opposite of the extinguisher or hydrant. The exhibitor has to place additional icons when necessary, in order to clearly indicate the exact location of the equipment.

ELECTRICAL CABINET

The electrical cabinets must remain accessible at all times (day and night) for technicians. It is permitted to install a door or curtain in front of de cabinets, provided that sufficient ‘work area’ is kept free (1,2m in front of the cabinet + on every side the gap must be 10 cm larger than the door behind it).

COLUMN

It is permitted to decorate the columns that are located completely within the booths’ borders according to the design of your booth.

Of course, the Brussels Expo infrastructure may not be damaged by decorating the obstacles in your booth. Obviously it is not permitted to attach (a part of) the booth to walls and/or floors.
