Description
Work-Out – Human Performance Platform for Defence
Work-Out is a Belgian-developed Human Performance Platform that helps Defence organisations optimise physical and mental readiness across all phases of deployment, from preparation to deployment and post-mission decompression.
Built for scalability, security, privacy and mission adaptability, the Work-Out platform connects personnel with their full support network, including physical coaches, medical staff, mental health experts, nutritionists and more, in one secure, EU-sovereign platform.
Work-Out enables real-time monitoring of individual and unit readiness, integrating training schedules, biometric and wearable data, recovery tracking, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Whether in garrison or in the field, commander, coaches, and expert teams gain visibility into key performance indicators, early warnings, and actionable insights to support mission success and long-term resilience.
Already in use in the private sector and tailored for dual-use, Work-Out enables Defence to strengthen force health protection, reduce downtime, and improve operational results.
