Access & public
Yes, but only on Saturday, March 14. Thursday, March 12 and Friday, March 13 are strictly reserved for defence and security professionals (industry, institutions, armed forces, public authorities, research and accredited media).
Visitors must be able to justify a professional activity related to defence/security: official delegations, industrial companies, subcontractors, authorities, relevant NGOs, researchers, accredited media, exhibitors’ guests.
Yes. Access is forbidden to those under 16 during the professional days (Thursday March 12 and Friday March 13). On Saturday March 14, as the show is open to the public, minors under 16 are allowed provided they are accompanied by an adult.
Registration & badges
Registration is strictly online via the official show website. There is no on-site registration during the event.
An official identity document (passport, identity card, driving licence or military ID) is mandatory for access on site. The name on your pass must match your identity document exactly.
Yes. Badges are nominative, personal and non-transferable. They must only be worn by the registered person. An identity check will be carried out on site.
No. Once validated, a badge is generally neither modifiable nor transferable. Registration fees are non-refundable.
(FISA may accept a replacement via the organiser’s support service under certain conditions.)
After validation, the badge can be downloaded (PDF/QR) and must be visibly worn during your visit.
Checks & on-site rules
Presentation of the badge + identity verification. Security checks are systematic (search, bag scanning…).
Taking images is prohibited without the explicit authorisation of the exhibitor or stand manager.
Venue & transport
Brussels Expo, Place de Belgique 1 - 1020 Brussels.
The venue is accessible by public transport (metro, tram and bus stops near the halls) and by car (many parking options).
Yes, dedicated paid visitor car parks are available on site, including Parking C.
Services & tools
You can visit the exhibition website on your smartphone at www.bedex.brussels to find all the relevant information. Exhibitors will have access to an application enabling them to collect participants' contact details in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Yes, free public Wi-Fi is available at Brussels Expo (unsecured network, not guaranteed).
Yes, cloakrooms are available near the halls.

Yes, access is included for accredited visitors, subject to capacity.
Yes. BEDEX will provide exhibitors with a demonstration area they can register for. The demo schedule will be communicated on the website.
